1. Data controller

The data controller is ИП Календжян Артур Эдуардович (INN 235503700740), e-mail info@sovrest.com. Processing complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

2. Data we process

Account data (e-mail or Telegram ID and username, name, avatar), generation and payment history, technical data (IP, device, cookies, web analytics including Yandex.Metrica/Webvisor). Prompts and uploaded files (including images) are processed solely to perform the requested generation, not to identify you, and are deleted after the retention period.

3. Purposes, legal basis & actions

Purposes: operate and provide the service, authenticate, process payments, support and improve, comply with law. Legal basis: your consent, performance of the contract (Public Offer), the operator’s legitimate interests, legal obligations. Actions: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion.

4. Sharing & cross-border transfer

Prompts/files are sent to model providers (kie.ai, eachlabs, OpenRouter) as processors to deliver the service; payments via YooKassa/Heleket; analytics via Yandex.Metrica. Some recipients are outside Russia (cross-border transfer with your consent, in the minimum scope necessary).

5. Retention, security & your rights

Generation results and uploads are kept for a limited time (30 days by default), then deleted. Account data is kept while you use the service and until you withdraw consent or request deletion, unless the law requires otherwise. We apply legal, organisational and technical safeguards and store personal-data databases in Russia.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent via info@sovrest.com or support @NeuralBot_Support. Complaints may be filed with Roskomnadzor.
