1. General
BOTARA (botara.app and Telegram bots) provides access to third-party generative AI models for images, video, music and text. The operator is ИП Календжян Артур Эдуардович (INN 235503700740).
By using the service you confirm you are 18+ and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer.
2. Account & credits
Sign in via Google, Yandex or Telegram; you are responsible for your account security.
Generations are paid with internal credits (a unit of account, not money). Credits are charged on start and refunded automatically if a generation fails.
3. Acceptable use
You may not create content that violates law, third-party rights or model providers’ policies (violence, extremism, sexual content involving minors, disinformation, hate, malware).
4. Results & liability
You are responsible for how you use generated content. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Results are stored for a limited time and then deleted.
The operator may restrict access in case of abuse and may amend these Terms; the current version is published on the website.
